Luton Training and Mentoring has a wide range of experience and expertise in both training and mentoring a wide spectrum of society within Luton and its environs.

Naturally the focus is on those within our community who have been disadvantaged by circumstances beyond their control. Their common aim though is to become productive members of the community but just need some help.

One-2-One Mentoring and Counselling

LTM prides itself on its customised One-2-One Mentoring Support which helps us address individual needs and adapt each programme to meet the learner’s needs. Our qualified Mentors are able to help learners identify strengths and opportunities. This allows us to help our learners overcome identified weaknesses and threats, as with the counselling for those young people who need extra support.

LTM’s mentors, many of whom have been in the same situation as those they are supporting, have full empathy and are able to understand and appreciate the dilemmas faced by many people. Thereby they are able to gain the trust and confidence of those they help. Our mentors agree a clear plan of action with our mentees; this increases their enthusiasm for engaging as a direct result of the flexible, hands-on training and mentoring support.
