Helping young people to help themselves - that's the aim of LTM's programme of youth mentoring services. At LTM we have a pool of highly motivated, qualified mentors, all of whom have a natural affinity with young people and who specialise in supporting them as they make the difficult decisions in life. Whether it be young people who have become disillusioned with the education system, or those struggling with family life, our mentors are here to help, providing face-to-face and telephone support over the short, medium and long-term.

Our youth mentoring services are highly individualised and we always take great care and effort to ensure that we let our young people work at their own pace… in the knowledge that we will treat them with honesty, openness and respect. With a proven track record in making a real difference to the lives of over xxx young people to date through a number of government funded projects, we are very proud of our mentees' successes to date….
